Where / how clients can use these databases
These databases are built for practical B2B execution—not just “names in a file.” Once delivered, clients typically use them in the following ways:
Cold outreach campaigns (email-first)
Use the CSV to run targeted outbound campaigns by sector + country + job title, with messaging tailored per segment. This is ideal when you want predictable prospecting volume and clear reporting by vertical.
Best practice: import by sector into separate lists so each industry gets its own messaging and offer.
SES — Strategic Email System (recommended use)
If you want a complete outreach workflow, the database can plug directly into SES (Strategic Email System):
- segment contacts by sector/country/title
- organize campaigns per vertical
- track responses and performance by segment
- build a repeatable prospecting engine using consistent lists and targeting
CRM population and pipeline building
Import the CSV into your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to:
- build a new prospecting pipeline
- assign lead owners by territory/sector
- create sequences/tasks per segment
- enrich or qualify leads over time
Market entry & territory expansion (EU and US)
Use the list to identify and approach buyers in a new geography (e.g., Germany → France → US) while keeping targeting consistent across regions.
Account-based prospecting (ABM-lite)
Filter the database by employee size, keywords, city/country, and title to create a shortlist of “high-fit” accounts—then run highly personalized outreach.
Partner / reseller / channel outreach
Many clients use sector databases to recruit:
- distributors
- installers
- implementation partners
- resellers
- local service partners
…especially when expanding into a new country.
Recruiting (B2B roles) and industry research
Some clients repurpose sector datasets for:
- identifying companies to approach for hiring
- mapping competitors and industry clusters
- building segmented call lists for research interviews
If you want, I can rewrite this section in a tighter “bullet-only” style to match your page layout, or tailor it to the 3 industries you’re targeting first (Manufacturing/Metalworks, Construction/MEP, IT Services/SaaS).
Service Recap And Compliance
Our Database Creation service provides a custom-built, sector-specific B2B contact database based on your targeting criteria. You tell us which industries you want, which countries/locations to focus on (EU and US supported from the start, global available), and which decision-maker job titles you need (e.g., CEO/Founder, Managing Director, Head of Sales, Procurement, Operations, IT Leadership). We then compile and structure the results into a clean, import-ready CSV so you can use it for outbound prospecting, CRM population, segmentation, or market research.
What’s included in the database
Your CSV is delivered with consistent formatting and the following fields (when publicly available):
First Name, Last Name, Email, Company Name for Emails, Company Name Final, City, Country, Website, Title, Industry, Corporate Phone, Other Phone, # Employees, Keywords.
Some fields may be blank depending on availability; phone fields may be unavailable.
Data sources, verification, and accuracy expectations
We compile data from publicly accessible sources, primarily professional directories (including LinkedIn), company websites, and other public business listings. Data verification is performed once per month. Because contact information changes frequently (role changes, departures, leave, restructures, and other real-world circumstances), the expected overall accuracy is 80–85%.
Important scope note (to prevent confusion)
Compliance responsibility (GDPR / EU + US)
We provide a compiled dataset intended for B2B business communications. Clients are responsible for ensuring their outreach and data usage complies with applicable privacy and marketing laws (GDPR/ePrivacy/local rules in the EU/UK and applicable US requirements), including honoring opt-outs and maintaining suppression lists. We can suppress contacts from future builds when feasible upon removal requests.
